The hotel is conveniently located near Madrid Atocha railway station and a mall with a food court. Heladeria la Rotonda, a dessert restaurant just 1 km away, was a nice surprise.

We have used this hotel as a halfway point of rest after a long motorcycle trip. We arrived in the dark and left at dawn so we have been here for a short time. only services we have used have been the garage from which you can access the hotel and cafeteria to eat some dinner, hamburger that was very good. room was totally silent and hotel was full, many families with children who go to the Warner usually stay there. huge bed and very comfortable mattress, curtains prevent very well the entry of light if you want to extend the sleep. room they gave us was more like an apartment, we were wonderful, hotel I liked the most of all I've been (and they are not few). It has a kitchen but I think you have to pay a supplement to use it.
Let's see, it's not that I didn't like it, but to say something, in the room that was 107, there were 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, the one in the living room I didn't even turn it on, but when I turned on the one in the bedroom I had a damaged area of the screen that prevented me from watching it properly, but since we don't usually watch TV, we turned it off and no problem. We found it impossible to regulate the temperature of the shower, once it seemed adjusted to the little was changing the temperature decreasing and increasing all the time.

bed was comfortable, room was spacious. We were supplied with everything we needed in terms of soap, shampoo, etc. It has a fridge and a mini-kitchen that is very good. In addition, toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a sliding door, is very positive when it comes to living together in the bathroom. access from the parking lot to the hotel is good, since it is direct and has an elevator. There is a shopping centre completely attached to the hotel, as well as the Juan Carlos I Park, so you have a variety of activities to do. reception staff is very friendly. We will be back.
The access to the parking is not very comfortable, especially at the exit, because there is a very sharp curve, and in "high" season it fills up immediately. It would be nice if each room had a place assigned and secured. The room smells, depending on the time of day, of pipes/clocks. The telephone in the shower was broken, it was leaking. The free breakfast buffet is not one of the best I've tried, but it's not bad.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met what was needed, strongly recommend it. Appreciated the place, had a very comfortable stay on a business trip. This was a nice location very close to several nice cafes. It also was in the quiet area of Pinto on the outskirts of Madrid.

The underground parking! Noisy room due to the air conditioning having to to be on as the room was like an oven.
The room wad not what I would call 4 star, not particularly clean, meal was disgusting and inedible, I only ate a small starter of pasta, which I had to return as it was cold, they microwaved it! Main course was inedible due to the amount of salt, so was given water melon and charged 12 euros! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND THERE IS NO WAY IT IS 4 STAR!

The rooms at Sercotel Princesa de Eboli are modern and stylish, making me feel like I was staying in a trendy apartment rather than a hotel room. As a young traveler, I absolutely loved the contemporary vibes!
Personally, I found the extra cost for the kitchen to be a downside. While it was a great feature, it would have been even better if it was included in the room rate.
